New Appointment in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Artsakh

The President of the Republic of Artsakh, Arayik Harutyunyan, has signed a decree appointing a new first deputy minister of internal affairs. According to the decree, Colonel Samvel Petrosyan has been appointed as the first deputy minister of internal affairs.

Minister of Internal Affairs Karen Sargsyan introduced Samvel Petrosyan to the departmental staff today, congratulating him while expressing confidence that he will continue to apply his professional skills and extensive service experience to enhance the effectiveness of the department's operations.

It should be noted that S. Petrosyan has been serving in the internal affairs system since October 1986. He spent over 6 years working in the emergency situations state service.
