Kocharian Files Lawsuit Against the Central Electoral Commission

Former President of Armenia Robert Kocharian has filed a lawsuit against the Central Electoral Commission in the Administrative Court.

Kocharian demands that the Commission nullify the decision No. 108-A dated May 31, 2021, which associates images from his book "Life and Freedom" and a post stating "While Building Armenia" with the election campaign of the "Armenia" alliance.

The judge assigned to the case will be Liana Hakobyan, and Kocharian's interests will be represented by Aram Vardevanyan.
