Artak Beglaryan Appointed as Minister of State for Artsakh

The President of the Republic of Artsakh, Araik Harutyunyan, announced: “Today, I have introduced the newly appointed Minister of State, Artak Beglaryan, to the government of Artsakh. He will coordinate the activities of four ministers: the Minister of Labor, Social Affairs, and Migration, the Minister of Health, the Minister of Justice, and the Minister of Education, Science, Culture, and Sport.

This staffing decision is considered both important and correct, given his management experience in crisis situations, as well as his professional and personal qualities, particularly his principles, professionalism, and responsibility. I am confident that in his new position, Artak Beglaryan will use his knowledge and skills to improve the effectiveness of the public system and contribute to the development of Artsakh.

Although Artak Beglaryan and his knowledgeable and conscientious work are well-known not only to the residents of Artsakh but also to the entire Armenian nation, I would like to briefly present his biography, after which I am sure no one will doubt that it is impossible to find a more suitable candidate for this office and the coordination of these sectors in Artsakh.”
