The spokesman of the Armenian National Congress, Arman Musinyan, has responded to Acting Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's proposal for a debate. He stated, 'In response to the numerous questions from journalists regarding Nikol Pashinyan's proposal for a debate with the First President, I inform you that President Levon Ter-Petrosyan has nothing to discuss with a national catastrophe.'
