Russian President Vladimir Putin sent a congratulatory message to Acting Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan on the occasion of his birthday. In the message, he stated:

“Dear Nikol Vova, accept my warmest congratulations on your birthday. The relations between Russia and Armenia are developing very successfully. I am confident that together we will further strengthen our bilateral alliance relations for the benefit of our friendly peoples and for the sake of consolidating peace, security, and stability in the South Caucasus region.”
