Video: Relatives of Missing Soldiers Block Heratsi Street; Argument Erupts Among Citizens

Relatives of missing soldiers are staging a protest. Arsen Ghukasian, a relative of one of the missing soldiers, reported that they are near the Heratsi morgue and have blocked the street.

“Two days ago, something was revealed that is now becoming clear. I have found discrepancies in the numbers. The bodies that arrived on the same date contain numerical inaccuracies. For example, on November 23, 21 bodies arrived at the Artsakh morgue, but the figures reflect such a disgraceful situation that nearly 200 bodies were unaccounted for and have now been found,” he said.

According to Ghukasian, bodies are surfacing from various locations. “The bodies were stored in different places, including refrigeration units for fruit. Now they are gradually being brought out and handed to the relatives; they simply did not correct the error in the conditional investigation, not expecting that it would be revealed,” he stated.

Ghukasian mentioned that today he received information indicating that there are 230 corpses and about 420-427 remains. “Today we were given a written record in pencil of the current situation, but just a few days ago we were provided with completely different numbers. I happened to notice two days ago that there was an error in the figures,” he added.
