Video: Man Fires from Apartment at Passersby in Yekaterinburg

A man in Yekaterinburg fired shots at passersby from a window of an apartment, reports TASS.

"He fired at least 10 shots," said a police official.

As a result of the shooting, a Rosgvardiya (National Guard) member and a child were injured.

According to law enforcement, the man was in a state of heavy intoxication. He was later arrested.

The arrested individual had been dismissed from the Ministry of Internal Affairs over 10 years ago, law enforcement sources indicate.
