We Need a Road, but the Talk is Still about Railways: Acting Prime Minister of Armenia
Lilit A.
Armenia needs a road, but the unblocking of communications will not concern the highways for now. Acting Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said this today during a meeting in Aparan with his supporters.
“There is currently no clarity regarding the highways; that is a question for the future. In the first phase, we emphasize the railways, and we are talking about reopening the railways that operated during the Soviet Union,” Pashinyan stated.
According to him, this should be organized within the framework of the approved agreements of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS).
