Major Car Accident in Yerevan: Mercedes and Toyota Collide, Injuries Reported

A major car accident occurred today in Yerevan. Around 00:50, near the bridge at the beginning of Monte Melkonyan Street from Admiral Isakov Avenue, a collision took place between two vehicles driven by local residents: a Mercedes driven by 25-year-old Taron Gevorgyan and a Toyota driven by 27-year-old Grigor Kosakyan.

According to reports from Shamshyan.com, as a result of the collision, the Toyota was pushed forward, crashed against a basalt curb, and overturned, landing in a green lawn. The driver of the Toyota suffered bodily injuries and received first aid on the spot from emergency medical personnel who arrived promptly. He was subsequently transported to the ‘Erebuni’ medical center.
