City Council Announces Land Auctions in Several Administrative Districts of Yerevan

The City Hall of Yerevan has announced the auction of public and municipal lands organized by the Public and Community Property Auction Organizing and Conducting Commission. According to shamshyan.com, the following municipal properties will be auctioned.

Individuals wishing to participate in the auction can familiarize themselves with the procedures for organizing and conducting the auction at the Yerevan City Hall, as well as on the official website of Yerevan at www.yerevan.am.

Physical persons wishing to participate in the auction must present payment receipts for the local fee of 10,000 drams (account number 900015211403) and a 5% advance payment based on the starting price (account number 900015211411), along with their passport. Legal entities must provide a copy of their charter and a certificate from the state registry.

The auction will take place on June 28, 2021, at 17:00, at the address Argishti 1, Yerevan. Applications will be accepted on working days from 09:00 until June 25, 2021, at 15:00.
