British Company 'Chapman Taylor' Wins Tender for Shushi Master Plan

Political scientist Edgar Elbakyan made a post on his Telegram channel stating: “The tender for the main master plan of the city of Shushi, currently under temporary occupation by the Azerbaijani Armed Forces, has been awarded to the British company 'Chapman Taylor' ($2,360,000). Britain is one of the key beneficiaries of Azerbaijan's victory.

By retrospectively analyzing Britain's soft power policy in Armenia during the years of independence, including the promotion of a false peacekeeping narrative, which in reality has been capitulatory propaganda, leading to the development of anti-Armenian elite and interest groups, many questions receive answers.”
