Google Lists Artsakh Museum in Stepanakert in Azerbaijani: A Sign of Lawlessness, Says Harutyunyan

“This is no longer funny. The recently publicized ‘key monument’ has once again proven that there is lawlessness in Artsakh, that no agency is addressing its responsibilities, and that, as stated in the National Assembly, they are merely securing jobs. We do not have the right to have such a negligent and inactive government in Artsakh at this critical moment.
The Minister of Education and Science of Artsakh has commented regarding the aforementioned ‘key monument’, claiming that her ministry was not informed about this monument and writing ‘beautiful’ words, stating that this is superstition, magic, contrary to the national value system and thinking, and similar remarks.
Dear Minister, we all realize and understand the words you have expressed, but I want to understand if you are aware of the place and role of your ministry at all. When you say you were unaware, do you understand that you confess to having allowed official negligence and inactivity?
Additionally, if there had been no outcry in the media about this monument, would your agency remain oblivious to it, or would you have attended its opening and said more ‘beautiful’ words?
Let me ask you one more thing. Do you know that Google lists the Artsakh Museum in the center of Stepanakert in Azerbaijani? That is not magic; it is simply the result of your agency's lack of action.
I had decided not to comment on this incomprehensible and, to put it mildly, strange monument, as I believe that it is unnecessary and that at this moment, our country faces much more serious challenges, exemplified by the ‘border demarcation document’ that Pashinyan is expected to sign, which recognizes Azerbaijan’s borders and, in fact, directly acknowledges Azerbaijan’s territorial integrity while ignoring the rights of the Artsakh Armenians.
However, the ‘concerned’ statements from the Stepanakert officials are blatantly drawing attention to their negligence and inaction. If such criminal negligence and inaction is demonstrated regarding a mere monument, how can we associate these authorities with serious issues related to security and the existence of Artsakh?
This once again proves that the current government must leave as soon as possible, allowing more knowledgeable, bolder, and more concerned individuals to take their place.
P.S. Some names are circulating in the media and social networks, trying to shift the blame for their own inactivity and negligence onto others.”
