7 Million Dram Allocated from Budget for Election Observer Delegations
The Armenian state budget has allocated 7.1 million dram for the servicing of foreign observer delegations during the elections, which includes expenses for transportation, fuel, souvenirs, official lunches, accommodations, and other related activities. This information is provided by the Armenian government's official website.
"The expenses are to be covered from the funds earmarked for receiving foreign delegations in the Republic of Armenia's 2021 state budget, in accordance with the report submitted by the Central Electoral Commission of the Republic of Armenia," states the decision signed by the acting Prime Minister of Armenia.
It is noted that delegations from Russia, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan, Belarus, Ukraine, Moldova, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Georgia, Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania will be coming to Armenia, as well as delegations from the Association of European Election Officials and official delegations from the World Electoral Bodies Association.
