Did the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Not Know? Pashinyan Comments on MFA’s Lack of Awareness Regarding Document

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) was not informed: I received these documents through MFA channels. This was stated by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan while responding to reports about the MFA being excluded from negotiations.

He specifically noted that the process was managed through the channels of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia, the MFA of Armenia, and the Russian Embassy in Armenia.

It should be recalled that earlier, Deputy Foreign Minister Avet Adonts had stated that the MFA had no information regarding the document.
