Toyota and Howo Truck Collide in Shirak: 3 People Hospitalized
On May 18, a major car accident occurred in the Shirak region. Around 09:00, on the 108th kilometer of the Yerevan-Gyumri highway, a collision took place between a Toyota vehicle and a Howo brand truck under still unknown circumstances.
According to Shamshyan.com, as a result of the accident, three individuals were transported to the Gyumri medical center with serious stable diagnoses. The Toyota was left in ruins.
The information regarding the accident was relayed by Tigran Barseghyan, the responsible officer on duty at the Road Police’s 1-77 operational management center, to the Artik police department, from where an operational team was dispatched under the leadership of the day’s duty officer. Additionally, the Emergency Situations Ministry's Rescue Service dispatched a firefighting and rescue team from Artik’s number 45 station with one operational unit.
