Russia Plans to Send Observers to Armenia
Russia plans to send observers to the early parliamentary elections scheduled in Armenia on June 20. This was stated by Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Andrei Rudenko during a conversation with reporters on Monday, as reported by TASS.
“We intend to send observers within the proposed quota, but the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights has not yet decided on the exact number of observers,” Rudenko said. “There are time limits within which they will provide us with the final number. And we will send our observers within this total number,” added the deputy foreign minister.
