Men Wanted for Serious Crimes Found in a House in Proshyan Village

Criminal police officers obtained information through various operational-investigative measures that two young men wanted on charges of particularly serious crimes had been hiding in one of the houses in Proshyan village since June of last year. The details have been reported by the RA Police.

The information was verified in collaboration with colleagues from the police department in Yerevan. The confirmation was accurate.

On May 14, two men, aged 22 and 31, who were wanted for the murder of several individuals in a manner endangering lives by a group of individuals or an organized group, as well as illegal acquisition, sale, possession, transportation, or carrying of firearms, were discovered and apprehended in Proshyan village. They had been placed under arrest.

The men have been presented to the Investigative Committee by the police. Operational-investigative measures are ongoing.
