Active Negotiations with Russia Continue: Secretaries of Armenia and Russia's Security Councils Have Had a Phone Conversation
The Secretary of the Armenian Security Council, Armen Grigoryan, had a phone conversation with his Russian counterpart Nikolai Patrushev. The parties discussed the situation created at the Armenian-Azerbaijani border and addressed the latest developments related to this issue.

According to the source, the parties emphasized the importance of the meeting of the foreign ministers of the CSTO member states scheduled for May 19 in Dushanbe for a comprehensive discussion of this issue within the framework of the CSTO.
From the perspective of the CSTO's response to the created situation, Secretary Grigoryan highlighted the significance of potentially holding a meeting of the Committee of Secretaries of the Security Councils of CSTO member states.
