Road Blocked in Syunik Initiated by Monakh, 9 Individuals Detained and One Arrested

Yesterday, following a protest in Syunik, nine individuals were detained by the Goris division of the Police, and a criminal case was initiated under the article of hooliganism, with one person arrested. This was reported to Tert.am by the head of the Police's Media Relations Department, Zarzand Gabrielian.

According to reports circulating in the media, in the Syunik region yesterday, the widely known figure Arthur Aivazyan (Monakh) and Armenian volunteers blocked an interstate road, demanding that the current authorities return their weapons for the purpose of protecting borders. Following this, nine people were detained, and one was arrested.
