May 15: Coronavirus Infection and Death Cases in Armenia

As of May 15, Armenia has reported 282 new cases of coronavirus, bringing the total number of infections to 220,729.

According to the National Center for Disease Control and Prevention of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Armenia, 13 citizens have died due to the virus in a single day, with the total number of deaths now at 4,314.

Additionally, there have been 3 cases of patients infected with the coronavirus who have died from other illnesses in the past day. The total number of these cases as of May 15 is 1,058.

In total, 16 people have died within one day, increasing the overall death toll to 5,372.

For the same day, the number of recoveries stands at 636, with a total of 208,100 recoveries recorded. Currently, 7,257 patients are under active treatment, which has decreased by 370 within one day.

A total of 3,178 tests were conducted in the last 24 hours, with an overall of 1,033,513 tests performed to date.
