Ararat Crowned as Armenian Cup Winners

In the final of the Armenian Football Cup, Alashkert faced off against Ararat. In the opening minutes of the match, Ararat seized the opportunity and took the lead in the score. Agvan Papikyan stood out with a precise long-range shot. It didn't take long for Ararat to double their lead, as Mori Kone took advantage of his chance. The teams went into halftime with a score of 0:2 in favor of Ararat.

At the start of the second half, Ararat again dominated the initiative and scored a third goal. Mori Kone became the author of a double. The only goal for Alashkert was scored by Miran Manasyan in the 85th minute. However, Alashkert could not come back, and Ararat became the Armenian cup winners for the 6th time in history. Previously, Ararat had also won the Armenian Cup in 1993, 1994, 1995, 1997, and 2008.
