Israeli Prime Minister's Son Reminds of the Armenian Genocide on Social Media and Addresses Turkish Followers

The senior son of the Israeli Prime Minister, Yair Netanyahu, made a post on his social media page, reminding of the Armenian Genocide committed by the Turks. With this move, he addressed his Turkish followers.

“You are not from Anatolia; you came from Central Asia, and you committed genocide against the local Greek Christian population. Istanbul is actually Constantinople, and you have illegally occupied it. You organized the Armenian Genocide. Turkey is unlawfully occupying Northern Cyprus, Northern Syria, and Kurdistan,” wrote Yair Netanyahu.

Let us remember that unrest in Jerusalem began on May 7. Clashes between Arab youth and police erupted on the evening of May 8 and then continued, spreading to the Temple Mount and the Al-Aqsa Mosque area. They peaked on May 10, when Jews celebrate Jerusalem Day. Since the start of the clashes, over 1,600 rockets have been fired from the Gaza Strip towards Israel. 850 rockets crossed into Israeli territory, while another 200 fell in the Gaza Strip. There have been casualties and injuries during the clashes, including among the civilian population. The Israeli army has announced that it has eliminated key figures in Hamas' intelligence, including the head of Hamas military intelligence and his deputy.
