Lieutenant Colonel Marat Garayan Has Passed Away

The Ministry of Education, Science, Culture, and Sports of the Republic of Artsakh announces with deep sorrow and regret the passing of Lieutenant Colonel Marat Boris Garayan, head of the Pre-Draft Preparation and Extracurricular Programs Department.

Marat Boris Garayan was born on June 1, 1972, in the city of Stepanakert. In 1989, he graduated from the Russian School No. 3 in Stepanakert. He entered the Pedagogical Institute of Stepanakert in 1990 and graduated in 1995, majoring in History and Foreign Language.
