Court Hearing in Kocharian Case Postponed Again

The Court of General Jurisdiction of Yerevan, presided over by Judge Anna Danibekyan, has postponed the hearing in the case of former President Robert Kocharian until May 25.

This information was shared by the legal team of the second President of Armenia, Robert Kocharian. Kocharian's lawyer Aram Vardevanyan requested a further postponement of the case proceedings, proposing rescheduling for after June 20. The lawyer reminded that extraordinary parliamentary elections are set to take place in the country on June 20, in which Robert Kocharian is participating as the head of the
