Marukyan on the 'Nikol'-'Anti-Nikol' Election Battle and 'Paid' Analysts

Today in parliament, during a press briefing with journalists, the leader of the LHK faction, Edmond Marukyan, commented on the remarks of political analysts regarding their chances in the upcoming 'Nikol'-'Anti-Nikol' election battle. He said, 'Money is an interesting thing; when there is a lot of it, people don’t know how to spend it. Now there is so much money, and they have paid so much to people, and people have taken so much from that money, that every day various analyses are being made for money. They say that these two exist, and others do not. They do this to tell the public that there is no choice, either the current one or the former. When media outlets conduct polls, they do not include 'Enlightened Armenia' in the options. In those polls, only Nikol Pashinyan, Robert Kocharian, and others are included,' noted Edmond Marukyan.

He reminded that they never pay analysts to say something: 'I will not engage in the debate of whether to have or not have a state. They can debate with Serj Sargsyan, but my debate is with Nikol Pashinyan. He has failed governance. We have already elected him, and he has failed governance.'
