Vladimir Putin Sends Congratulatory Message to Armen Sarkissian

On the occasion of the 76th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War, President of the Republic of Armenia Armen Sarkissian received a congratulatory message from President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin.

In the message, he states: “Dear Armen Vardani, I sincerely congratulate you on the occasion of the 76th anniversary of victory in the Great Patriotic War. By commemorating this holiday, we pay tribute to our grandfathers and fathers who, at the cost of immense sacrifices and hardships, defeated the Nazi aggressors. I am confident that the mutual assistance and friendly ties forged during the war years will continue to serve as a reliable basis for the further development of Armenian-Russian allied relations. Please convey my wishes for good health and prosperity to all veterans living on Armenian soil.”
