Vanetsyan's Controversial Statements Regarding Former NSS Director
The most discredited and least accepted person in the history of national security agencies has no right to make such assessments.
This was stated by Arthur Vanetsyan during a meeting with journalists, referring to former service head Karlos Petrosyan, who claimed that Serzh Sargsyan had betrayed his predecessors.
According to Vanetsyan, Karlos Petrosyan is remembered among the employees of the National Security Service as a person who brought very bad morals to the system. During his tenure, he sold a resort area in Sevan intended for NSS employees and appropriated it, as well as a hotel.
“I would not want to turn an interview commissioned by such a person into an agenda item,” Vanetsyan added.
