Tigran Atanesyan, Former Lawyer of Nikol Pashinyan, Sues His Former Client

Tigran Atanesyan, the former lawyer of acting Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, has filed a lawsuit against his former client.

The lawsuit seeks to recognize the absence of legal relations regarding the fact that Nikol Vovayi Pashinyan has not held the responsibilities of acting Prime Minister since the publication of the presidential decree No. NH-80-A on April 25, 2021.

Atanesyan has approached the Administrative Court of Armenia, demanding the acknowledgment of the absence of the mentioned legal relationship following the president's decree accepting the resignation of the government on April 25.

The case has been assigned to Judge Grigor Arakelyan.
