Haypost Employees Appeal to MP as 150 Risk Job Loss
A group of employees from Haypost has reached out to a member of the National Assembly, expressing their concerns. The issue is that nearly 150 employees may lose their jobs due to new regulations and requirements introduced by the new director.
Specifically, it has been noted that a knowledge check took place which was not conducted properly; employees were not given questionnaires in advance and were unaware of the testing, resulting in their inability to pass the exam and the risk of losing jobs they have held even during challenging times.
Moreover, during the examination, the director was seated by the window, administering the test in what is described as a disrespectful manner. Haypost has stated that they are operating within the legal framework, while the MP is urging the government to take measures to annul the test results and organize a new examination, arguing that dismissing 150 people at this stage is an inhumane step.
