18-Year-Old Stabs Peer in Nor Areş

On May 4, at 23:00, the police department of Erebuni received a report from the hospital indicating that an 18-year-old resident of Yerevan had arrived seeking medical assistance for "stab wounds in the left lumbar region and right dorsal area." According to the patient's companion, he sustained the injuries in Nor Areş. The medical report stated that the young man was unable to provide any explanation.

As a result of joint operational-investigative measures taken by the Main Crime Detection Department of the police and Erebuni division, it was determined that the injuries were inflicted by another 18-year-old resident of Nor Areş. Following some explanatory work, the suspect presented himself to the Erebuni police station on May 5 at 03:10, confessed to the crime, and surrendered the knife used in the offense. The investigation into the criminal case is ongoing.
