The Ghazanchetsots Church Will Return to Its 'Historical Appearance': Statement from Azerbaijan's Ministry of Culture

The Deputy Minister of Culture of Azerbaijan, Vagif Aliyev, has announced that restoration works have begun at the Ghazanchetsots Church in Shushi. This was reported by minval.az.

Aliyev stated that the church will return to its 'historical appearance.' He remarked, 'Let the Armenians say whatever they want. Ancient monuments must always preserve their historical appearance; otherwise, it cannot be any other way,' said the Azerbaijani official.
