Azerbaijanis Destroy Armenian Cemetery in Mets Tagher Village

The Caucasian Heritage Monitoring Group has published a photo of the Armenian cemetery in Mets Tagher village on its Twitter page, noting that according to satellite imagery, the cemetery was destroyed following the displacement of Armenians.

“The Armenian cemetery in Mets Tagher village has recently been destroyed. The cemetery was established in the early 19th century and operated until Armenians were evacuated from the village in 2020. Satellite images show that the cemetery has been completely obliterated,” stated the center.
