Acting Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports Vaccinated Against COVID-19

The acting Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports, Vahram Dumanyan, visited the "Reference" laboratory center of the Ministry of Health of Armenia and was vaccinated against the coronavirus.

The acting minister has urged everyone to avoid prejudices and to consciously accept the necessity and importance of vaccination, which is the most effective way to combat the pandemic. “The world has been fighting against the pandemic for over a year now, which has indeed posed a devastating challenge to humanity. Only through vaccination can we break the chain of the pandemic,” he stated.

Deputy Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports Karen Giloyan has also been vaccinated, joining the slogan “Get Vaccinated and Prevent.” He emphasized, “Our future and that of our children depends on our correct decisions. The coronavirus will not retreat as long as we are not all vaccinated. I have already made my choice.”

As stated by the Ministry of Health of Armenia, vaccination is the only available means to combat the pandemic, enabling a return to normal life. Vaccinations prevent deaths and severe cases of the disease by 100%.
