VIDEO: Court Refuses to Acknowledge Fatherhood of Hero Killed in Artsakh

My son voluntarily went to war, he was killed, and he did not see his newborn child. Now I have requested for my last name to be given to the child, but the court is rejecting me. This was stated today by a citizen who lost his son during the 44-day war, in a conversation with journalists in front of the Government.

“I don’t want the judges’ bribes; I want to bequeath my child’s inheritance to my grandchild. Why are they rejecting me? Why are they dragging us through the courts? Doesn’t my child even have a chance to register? If my issue isn’t resolved today or tomorrow, I will confront Nikol with the names of the judges. We have been calm until now, as if we were dancing to a tune. Enough is enough,” he said.
