Moses Hakobyan Interrogated by NSS: Charges Filed
The former Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces, General-Major Moses Hakobyan, has been interrogated by the National Security Service, after which he was charged. In an interview with Auroranews, Hakobyan detailed that the charge was filed under Article 306 of the RA Criminal Code for publishing information containing state secrets in his previous statements.
When asked when he was summoned for interrogation, he responded that he does not remember. He also gave evasive answers to the clarifying question regarding which specific information was considered the publication of a state secret.
