VIDEO: The American 'Crew Dragon' Spacecraft Returns to Earth

The 'Crew Dragon' spacecraft made a landing in the Gulf of Mexico near the shores of Florida with the crew of the 'Crew-1' mission on board. Astronauts Michael Hopkins, Victor Glover, Shannon Walker, and Japanese astronaut Soichi Noguchi have returned to Earth.

This mission marked SpaceX's first regular delivery under a contract with NASA to the International Space Station. For the first time since 2011, NASA astronauts flew to the International Space Station aboard an American spacecraft, rather than the Russian Soyuz.
