Larsi is Open: Around 280 Trucks Congested on the Russian Side

The Ministry of Emergency Situations informs that there are impassable roads in the territory of Armenia. The roads from the "Amberd" high-altitude meteorological station in Aragatsotn Province towards Amberd Fortress and the road leading to Kari Lake are impassable.

In the cities of Kapan and Goris in Syunik Province, there is fog. According to information received from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia's Emergency Situations Department and the Crisis Management Center of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations in North Ossetia, the Stepantsminda-Larsi road is open. There are about 280 trucks congested on the Russian side.
