Confidential Documents in the Hands of Sanitek Provided Personally by Haik Marutyan
The newspaper 'Hraparak' reports that after being pushed out of the capital's waste collection process by the Yerevan City Hall, Sanitek did not take any action for a long time and only filed for arbitration nearly two years later. Why such a delay? It turns out that the grounds for arbitration were rather weak, and only recently have they managed to obtain confidential documents that will provide them with a chance to win.
However, the absurdity is that these documents were provided by the same individual who pushed them out of Yerevan—Haik Marutyan. These documents pertain to government activities, and the individuals responsible for the situation are Nikol Pashinyan and Suren Papikyan. This is yet another manifestation of the Marutyan-Pashinyan conflicts.
The information was provided to Sanitek through an intermediary abroad in January. We contacted Sanitek's owner, Nicolas Tavil, who, upon hearing the question, laughed and said: 'No comments. The only thing I will say is that we have numerous facts and documents that will only be presented in arbitration court.'
