Legal Assessments to Be Given for Actions of Armenia's Military-Political Leadership in War: Arthur Davtyan

Criminal cases examining the circumstances of the military defeat are underway, including investigations into high-ranking military officials, Armenia's Prosecutor General Arthur Davtyan informed reporters in the National Assembly.

However, he refrained from disclosing specific details.

In response to reports alleging apparent treason by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and his team during the war, including a report filed by former Chief of the General Staff Movses Hakobyan, Davtyan stated that there are criminal cases underway, including one based on Hakobyan's report.

“All actions of the Armenia's military-political leadership are subjects of investigation, without exception. Legal assessments will be given for the actions of all individuals,” assured the Prosecutor General.
