Azerbaijani Forces Withdraw to Initial Positions Near Nor Ghazanchi
The adversary that had advanced towards the Nor Ghazanchi village of Martakert has retreated to their initial positions. This was stated by Aram Harutyunyan, a member of the National Assembly of Artsakh, during a conversation with Armenpress, who visited Nor Ghazanchi with a colleague.
“We visited the communities of Kichan and Nor Ghazanchi in the Martakert region, where recent advancements by the adversary had been observed. We met with community leaders and residents of the villages. There is no panic among the population; the situation is stable, and the adversary has already retreated to their initial positions. Prioritizing security, we will take steps to enhance it further. We also noted various social issues present in the villages and will work with the relevant authorities to find solutions to the emerging problems in the short term,” the deputy noted.
Ruslan Arustamyan, the head of the Nor Ghazanchi community, confirmed in a conversation with an Armenpress correspondent that the Azerbaijanis have returned to their initial positions. “The Azerbaijanis went back two days ago. There is 101 hectares of autumn crops planted in that area. They were there,” stated the village mayor, adding that the daily life in the village continues normally.
