Heads of Armenia and Azerbaijan's National Security Services Discuss Prisoners via Phone Communication

The meetings between the heads of the national security services of Armenia and Azerbaijan are regularly held to address the issue of prisoners, said Stepan Melkonyan, deputy director of Armenia's National Security Service, in a dialogue with journalists at the National Assembly today.

"The last meeting probably took place about a month ago. But this does not mean that there is no communication; in addition to face-to-face meetings, there is also phone communication," Melkonyan stated.
