Azerbaijan Has Yet to Fulfill Key Provisions of the November 9 Trilateral Statement: Pashinyan on Prisoners
Acting Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan addressed the issue of Armenian prisoners held in Azerbaijan during a meeting with Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin in Kazan. Pashinyan noted that Azerbaijan has yet to fulfill a very important provision of the November 9 trilateral statement.
“This pertains to the return of prisoners of war, hostages, and other detained individuals. I would like to express my gratitude to the Russian Federation for the efforts being made to resolve this issue,” stated the acting Prime Minister.
