Tracing the Mystery of Shushi: Arthur Vanetsyan Summoned for Questioning
According to the newspaper "Zhoghavorud," former director of the National Security Service and leader of the "Homeland" party, Arthur Vanetsyan, has been summoned for questioning by the Military Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Armenia. Reports suggest that materials are being prepared regarding Vanetsyan's abandonment of positions during the battle for Shushi.
As per the information obtained by "Zhoghavorud," the Military Investigative Department rejected the initiation of criminal proceedings and sent the case to the Prosecutor General's Office to verify the legality of the decision not to initiate criminal proceedings and to confirm it. However, an unexpected turn of events occurred as the Prosecutor General's Office dismissed the committee's decision, initiated a criminal case, and sent it back to the Military Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee for further investigation.
This indicates that the Prosecutor's Office is not satisfied with the committee's ruling and is determined to fully explore Arthur Vanetsyan's actions, aiming to ensure that a criminal case is initiated against him and that he faces punishment. However, in the legal realm, the arguments do not seem to be convincing.
