Defense Ministry Bought 1.8 Billion Dram Fuel from Company Owned by Commission Member's Brother

The Ministry of Defense of Armenia signed contracts worth a total of 1.8 billion dram with a company owned by the brother of Edgar Jagharyan, a member of the State Commission for the Protection of Economic Competition (SCPHEC), during 2020. This information is reported by Hetq.am.

Edgar Jagharyan has been working in the Ministry of Defense system since 2004, and from 2009 to 2016, he held the position of head of the food supply department of the ministry's logistics department, which is currently the Main Department of Logistics and signs procurement contracts on behalf of the Ministry of Defense.
