"Scream, Ask for Help from America and Europe": Marat Baghdasaryan

The head of the State Committee of the RA Ministry of Foreign Affairs' Cadastre Department, Marat Baghdasaryan, wrote on his Facebook page: "Since Soviet times, there has been a widespread crime in Russia. Divers used to drown people swimming in the sea by pulling them by their feet and then extorting large sums of money from their relatives by 'finding' the drowned body. Whoever managed to scream would be rescued by nearby swimmers. Now the Russian banditry is trying to suffocate us by pulling at our feet. Unfortunately, our authorities are leading the country to destruction in silence instead of screaming for help. Scream, ask for help from America and Europe. Believe me, help will not be late. The West is ready to help; we just need to get out from under Russia and ask for assistance.”
