Mayor of Meghri Transferred to Yerevan, Says Lawyer

“I am shedding light on the Kapan-Yerevan road... At M. Zakaryan's house, they said we are going to the Meghri police station. Upon arrival there, they announced that we are going to the Kapan division, but on the way to Kapan, it turned out we were heading to Yerevan. Moreover, we found out about the information regarding the transfer to Yerevan through our own means.

P.S. I would like to remind that my client was ‘invited’ to the police division, but according to illegal instructions, he must go to the police station by a mandatory police vehicle.
