Video: The Director of the NSS and the Chief of Police Arrive at the Syunik Regional Administration

Just now, National Security Service Director Armen Abazyan and Police Chief Vahe Ghazaryan arrived at the Syunik Regional Administration. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan is also present in the administration building.

As we previously reported, the NSS and Police Chiefs are currently traveling to Syunik with a large number of special forces. They are accompanied by numerous special forces personnel.

It is worth mentioning that on April 20, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan secretly visited the Syunik region. Information about his visit was kept strictly confidential, and security personnel were informed at the last minute, with the road police being notified only half an hour before that they should escort the Prime Minister.

Last night, Pashinyan visited the Shurnukh community. There are reports circulating in the media that residents received him with indignation and coldness. Today, Pashinyan was welcomed in Agarak, Meghri, and also in Kapan with insults and protests.

It should be noted that just a day before, there were unexpected changes in the leadership of the Syunik police, including the police chief, his deputy, and the police chiefs of Goris and Kapan. All community leaders in Syunik, except for one, have publicly demanded Pashinyan's resignation.
