Video: Security Council Releases Audio of Onik Gasparyan's Declassified Report Sections

The Security Council has released the audio recording of the declassified sections of the minutes from the council meeting held on September 30. Previously, the Security Council published declassified documents related to the report by former Chief of the General Staff Onik Gasparyan.

Onik Gasparyan stated that the minutes of the Security Council meetings do not fully reflect the content of the reports. He suggests initiating the creation of a parliamentary investigative committee to examine the circumstances of the war.
