‘You have nothing to do with my brother’s grave’: Relative of fallen soldier in Vayots Dzor does not allow Pashinyan to approach the grave
During Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's visit to Vayots Dzor province, an incident occurred at a cemetery where he went to lay flowers at the graves of those who lost their lives in the 44-day war. A citizen prevented Pashinyan from approaching his relative's grave.
“You have nothing to do with my brother’s grave; this is my brother’s grave, I have the right to it, I do not allow you,” he told Pashinyan. Pashinyan attempted to communicate with the citizen, who responded, “No one from your government has helped me in finding my brother’s body; on the contrary, they have hindered me. When you are ready to provide answers, you can come.”
