We Must Become a Militarized Country for the Next 50 Years: Karen Hovhannisyan

Military expert Karen Hovhannisyan stated on his Facebook page: “Everyone in Armenia should feel like they are in military service. Military professions should be the second profession for every citizen. Residents of our border villages should be armed and trained in military skills. The salaries of soldiers should be the highest (also for teachers). I am not saying very high, I am saying the highest.

We must become a militarized country for the next 50 years. The remaining nonsense are covert ways to ultimately destroy the army and the country, presented with an emotional backdrop. In this post-war psychological state, every parent would want there to be no army at all, and by psychologically influencing those parents and supposedly forming a public demand, we are destroying our future, and that too in a visible timeframe.”
